What happens each day

Standards-aligned.
Scholar-centered.
Our curriculum goes beyond standards. We use proven instructional materials, scholar-specific learning plans, and mastery-based academics to ensure every child is challenged, supported, and able to grow with confidence.
Core subject areas include ELA, mathematics, science, social studies, writing, and STEM-integrated project work. Learning is delivered through a culturally affirming lens that centers Black history, voices, and excellence.
More than teachers.
True guides.
At Young Laureates, we call our educators Guides because their role goes far beyond delivering content. They know each scholar. Their learning style, their goals, and what sparks their curiosity. Relationships come first, and instruction is built on that foundation.
Our low scholar-to-guide ratio means every scholar is consistently seen, supported, and challenged.
