Our Five-Step Admissions Process

We want to get to know your family — and we want you to know us. Our admissions process is designed to make sure every scholar who joins Young Laureates is set up for success from day one.

01
Step One
Check Availability
Before applying, check current seat availability for your scholar's grade level and program interest. We are a small learning center and enrollment is limited each year. Availability is updated regularly on this page.
Current availability listed above
02
Step Two
Submit Your Application
Complete the online application for your scholar. A non-refundable application fee of $50 is due at submission. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — we encourage you to apply early as seats fill quickly.

03
Step Three
Scholar ELA Diagnostic
All incoming scholars complete a brief ELA diagnostic assessment. This gives us a clear picture of your scholar’s current skill level so we can build a learning plan that is appropriately challenging from day one. This is not a pass-or-fail assessment. It simply helps us identify the right starting point and ensure each scholar is placed where they can grow, think deeply, and be pushed forward.
Scheduled after application review
04
Step Four
Family Meeting
Families who pass initial review and ELA Diagnostic, are invited to a meeting with our Program Director. This is a conversation. We want to hear about your scholar, your goals, and what you're hoping to find at Young Laureates. It's also your chance to ask us anything.
Completed prior to enrollment decision
05
Step Five
Enrollment Invitation and Fees
Families who are offered enrollment will receive a formal invitation. To secure your scholar’s seat, a non-refundable registration fee of $600 along with the first month’s tuition is due upon acceptance.Once these fees are received, your scholar’s placement is officially confirmed for the upcoming academic year.
$600 registration + first months tuition payment — both non-refundable · New families: 30-day withdrawal policy applies

Admissions FAQ

Is Young Laureates accredited?
Yes. Young Laureates is fully accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC) — the same body that accredits public and private learning centers across Georgia.
Do you accept home education learners?
Yes. Families may enroll for enrichment programs only — Monday PBL, Friday STEAM, or both — without joining the full academic program.
What grades do you serve?
We serve scholars in Grades K through 9. The K-2 Foundations program is available on Wednesday mornings as a separate enrollment option for our youngest learners.
What is the ELA diagnostic?
It is a brief reading and writing assessment that helps us understand your scholar's starting point. It is not a pass or fail test — it helps us build the right learning plan from day one.
Can I visit before applying?
We encourage families to reach out and learn more before applying. Contact us at info@younglaureates.org or call 470-388-5534 to start a conversation.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Tuition is billed monthly over 10 or 12 months depending on the program. We do not currently offer need-based financial aid, but we encourage families to reach out to discuss options.
